BMJ in-text citation changes to Italic

Hello,

When I am adding a new BMJ citation in Zotero MS Word using Times New Roman, in-text citation changes to italic. Could you help me to solve this issue?

    Does that happen in a new document? The style doesn't use italics in-text, so this is likely related to something in your Word doc or Word setting.
