Upgrade Storagezotero ext. won't come off my win 2010 ribbon
I uninstalled zotero thinking that that would not take it off my browser, which it didn't, but have not been able to figure out how to take the ext. off the ribbon of my windows 2010 word ap.
Is there a way to remove it without using scripts. I am not a geekie person, though I am fairly grounded about computers. If I do a search nothing is coming up and it is already uninstalled from remove programs. Is there a file that I should look for to remove it from the ribbon. I hope you know the term ribbon which is used in 2010, but just in case you do not, it is the line of tabs with file home layout insert etc. and zotero is there and I can not get it off.
