The journal says is uses Vancouver, but I can't find a version of Vancouver (or any other style) that fits exactly what the journal publishes. It uses footnotes, with no bibliography/reference list.

Journal Article (the journal title is in italics):

John L. Campbell and Ove K. Pedersen, "The Varieties of Capitalism and Hybrid Success," Comparative Political Studies 40 (2007): 307-332

Chapter (the book title is in italics):

Isabela Mares, "Firms and the welfare state: When, why, and how does social policy matter to employers?," in Varieties of Capitalism. The institutional foundations of comparative advantage, eds. Peter A Hall and David Soskice (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2001).

Freely available article:

I hope this is all the information needed. I couldn't find a way to format the italics in this discussion forum text box so have tried to indicate it above, I hope it makes sense.

I need this rather soon so it would be great if someone is able to help, thank you very much in advance!
