The journal says is uses Vancouver, but I can't find a version of Vancouver (or any other style) that fits exactly what the journal publishes. It uses footnotes, with no bibliography/reference list.

Chapter (the book title is in italics):

I had a go at the style. Give it a test ride by right-clicking on the link, saving as and installing it in Zotero.
