Upgrade StorageEmpty paragraph after bibliography
I have an empty paragraph after the bibliography. I have already opened an issue here (https://github.com/Juris-M/citeproc-js/issues/99), but the issue does not seem to be related to citeproc-js.
I have tried with Word and Libreoffice Writer on Windows. I can delete the empty paragraph in both, but in Word it will come back with every refresh.

maier.deI have tried with two styles. Chicago-note with Zotero, Chicago-fullnote with Juris-M.
