Please help me install custom Citation style

Download locally a csl file then add it to your style manager:

The downloading from github isn't self-explanatory, though:
You'd need to click on the style you want to install, e.g.
https://github.com/romanraspopov/GOST-styles-for-Zotero/blob/master/gost-r-7-0-5-2008-author-date-alphab.csl

and the right-click on the "Raw" button at the top right and select "Save link as..."

You can then install the downloaded button as per above (or simply by double-clicking it)

If I do all accordong to advice above I see an error message: "Unexpected mistake with style "GOST...". File of style is in a folder with all Latin letters. I thought at start that in may be a problem of system encoding on my windows machine. My linux computer shows the same message.

That style is written following the "CSL-M" extension of CSL used by the Juris-M third-party version of Zotero. When you install a style in Zotero, Zotero checks if if it is valid CSL and warns you if it is not. It looks like all of the validation errors in the style should work fine in Zotero (https://validator.citationstyles.org/), so you can ignore the warning and click OK.
