Can't sync zotero

When I press the " sync with the zotero.org" button, it always appears a red !, and then I find the entries didn't sync since October last year, incredible, could you solve this out.

    Could you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that triggers this?

    Does this still happen after restarting Zotero?
