Hello! I am unable to save any search results from psycINFO and have tried all of the troubleshooting recommendations. I thought at first it was related to lack of storage (I use the free storage amount) and tried unselecting all of the options under "File Handling" under General Preferences. Still, I cannot save any articles from psycINFO. PubMed seems to work fine, however. I have a pressing deadline to submit a literature search; any help would be greatly appreciated!

anramireSome additional information: I've tried on three different computers, including Mac & Windows. I've tried exporting fewer articles at a time, only ten, and I still get the Save Error.
