Impossible to dowload Zotero connector for Mac

Many thanks to adamsmith and dstillman for their helpful answers to my questions. I have two more. Impossible to download from Safari the Zotero connector -- the Extensions window says their is "no developer for this version". Also, no icon appears on Word or Open Office documents making it possible to register them without copy/pasting them into Zotero. This on both the PC and the Mac. Thanks in advance for your help.

What version of Safari, what exact steps are you taking to install it, and what's the full, exact message you're receiving? Make sure you've removed the extension from the Extensions pane before trying again.
