Problems editing a style

Hello,

I need some help to create or find a specific citation style.
Its a german one but way longer than usual.

For a normal book it should be like that in a footnote:

Surname, Name (Year): Title. Publishing company: City. Page.

And if there is a different publisher it should be after the title.
And its actually the same in the bibliography.

Deos anyone know a citation style like that? I even tried to edit it by myself but I think i didnt get it:/

i am grateful for any help:)
  • You can use the example search to find a good match: http://editor.citationstyles.org/searchByExample/
Click on "Next" to get to a book, then edit that as needed and search.
  • Hi and thanks for your help.
I got a similar one and would like to change the inline citation to footnote. I can't see how to do that in the csl editor. Is there an option to fix that?
  • You'd typically change it to class="note" in line 2 of the style and also ~line 13 to category citation-format="note".
Make sure to change style ID and self link, as well as the file name to something else. Otherwise your style will be overwritten.
