disappearance style in zotero

I have a problem with zotéro, in my preferences there are no more styles so it's impossible to quote. When I want to quote on a word document, an error message saying: "the quotation style http://www.zotero.org/style/apa could not be found"

    Did you make any changes to styles?

    Try resetting your styles from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.
