Estoy intentando importar un archivo .cgi pero me saca el error y no me carga las referencias.

I'm not sure what you mean by a ".cgi" file. That's not a bibliographic data format. Or do you mean you're trying to save from a website where the URL ends with .cgi?

What's the exact error message you're receiving?
