Rich text formatting in titles

Hello,
Some manuscript titles sometimes contain deleted ~~words~~.
But, adding html del tag to field does not work.
How is it possible to apply rich text formatting in this case ?

Sorry, but only a limited set of HTML-like formatting commands are supported. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/rich_text_bibliography

One option could be to enter the word as strikethrough Unicode characters. https://www.piliapp.com/cool-text/strikethrough-text/

Yes, it's a possibility.
It's not very convenient, but it works.
