numérotation repars à 1

bonjours,
J'ai un problème avec zotero, quand je reprend mon document et si j’ajoute une nouvelle référence la numérotation repars à 1 même si la veille je me suis arrêté au numéro 12.
J'ai essayé le :"refresh" , j'ai bien cocher la case : "automatically update citation" .
avez vous une idée ?

If you place be cursor next to one of the earlier items and click Add/Edit Citation, does it edit the existing citation or insert a new one.

If it inserts a new one, this means that document is disconnected from Zotero and the citations converted to plain text. This usually occurs if you save the document in an unsupported format (e.g., saving a Word document as ODT or RTF or saving a LibreOffice document as DOCX or RTF) or if you open the document in a program that doesn’t support the features Zotero uses to insert citations (e.g., Apple Pages, Google Docs, LibreOffice/Word when the document was made in the other program). In that case, look for an older version of your document from before you saved it in an incompatible format or opened it in an incompatible program.

il en insère un nouveau, quel formas sont pris en charge ?

For Word, you need to save in DOCX or DOC. For LibreOffice, you need to save in ODT.

In your case, your citations are disconnected from Zotero, so you will need to find an older copy of the document saved in a correct format or re-insert the citations.
