(newbie) Make 1 collection public

I have 'my library' at the moment and added two collections.
I only found the preference to publish my whole library.

Is it possible to make a collection public?
Is there a workaround available (eg via publishing to a 'group')?

There are plans to allow collection level sharing, but for the time being you only have the option to share your entire library.

Creating a group is a good for sharing part of your collection is a great workaround. For more info on how groups work check out the groups documentation

It's only the basic information but for Internet objects pretty sufficient.

Collection level sharing will be good because there are quite a lot of stuff in my library that I shouldn't redistribute.

But instead, a "publish files" check-box, like the "publish notes" check-box would work because it would be fine to redistribute the references it is largely just notes and files and not references that are fraught to redistribute. Or an "only bibliographic information" check box would be just as good too.

Using a group is an interesting idea too but there are similar issues there too. It deserves a separate discussion. Anyway, it seems that I can a lot of bibliographic information from zotero groups. Wowee! Zotero is the future:-)
