Bibliography Style Alphabetical order

Hi. I'm using zotero while co-writing in Google Docs. Our bibliography was perfectly fine and in alphabetical order, until it suddenly started to mix the order up.
Does anyone know the solution to this problem?

Have you tried "refresh"? Changing citation style (and back)?

Yes, i’ve tried both
