Tag Window missing

The tag window in the left lower corner is missing and I didn't manage to open it again. Even reinstalling the whole program did not help. Any idea?

How about if you press Ctrl-Shift-T (Windows/Linux) or Cmd-Shift-T (Mac)?

If you collapse the tag selector manually now, do you see a bar at the bottom that you can click to restore it?

Now there is a bar. Before I wrote this post, there was nothing.
