Drag and drop copying of a collection

Hi I tried to copy a collection into a group I have attached to my local Zotero library by drag and drop. Shortly before I tried to copy it I deleted an outdated version of the same collection I already had in said group.
I could not copy it and this error popped up ID:1070465425 as well as This one " Too many sync attempts- stopping"

How should I copy my local folder to make it available for the group?

    When copying a very large collection between libraries, it can currently help to temporarily disable auto-syncing in the Sync pane of the preferences. That obviously shouldn't be necessary, and we'll try to fix that for the next version.

    Restart Zotero, disable auto-sync, and try copying again. Once it's copied, you can re-enable auto-sync.

    If you continue to have trouble, provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for a copy attempt that fails.
