Upgrade StorageOrder of coloured tags (5.0.61-beta.7+8b4bb62ef)

Not sure when this changes, but as far as I remember, the order of coloured tags was previously by key assigned, not alphabetical. The coloured tags now appear to be ordered alphabetically. E.g. in my setup on 5.0.61-beta.7+8b4bb62ef, the first coloured tag has key 4, the 2nd key 1, etc.
The tags are still ordered by key in the middle pane. In other words, the order in the middle pane and the tags pane do not correspond.
Is anybody else seeing this?
