Saving a PDF to Zotero

I have been able to save some PDF's directly to Zotero by hitting the save button. For some articles however, such as some from Ebsco, it does not save a PDF.

How can I correct this????

    Do you have access to the PDF if you click on it manually in Ebsco?

    Can you post the URL of the Ebsco page you are looking at, exactly as you see it?
