Upgrade StorageChanged WebDav server only new items are synced
So I have switched to a new WEBDAV server, my own, and new items are uploaded here fine, but none of the existing items in my library are being uploaded. The debug log, D1758185497, indicates that no changes in the files were detected. However, these files don't exist on the server so is the server making a mistake in response to Zotero, or is it something with zotero perhaps?
Do I need to manually upload my storage folder?

voorasResetting the file sync history under Preferences->Sync->Reset resolved the issue.
