Refernce list and citations

I have a serious problem now all the citation is not linked with the refernce list and the only new citation is linked i.e the refrence list no more updated i have anew list
is there any way to activate the old list

There's unlikely to be a way to reactivate a disconnected reference list, I'm afraid.

The most likely way this happen (so to prevent it from happening again) is to save a document in an unsupported format, e.g. saving a Word document to .odt or .rtf or saving a Libre Office one to .docx
