I recommended Zotero and now I don't have expertise to answer questions

Hi, on Facebook there is a group for Historians, titled "Historians". Go figure. Someone starting a project using digitalized sources asked for source management recs. I loved Zotero in 2007 and 2010, and so recced it, and said there have been additions to the program since my use of it. I pay attention but have not used it lately. Any of you bright young(er) things able to go there and help her out? Others are following the thread. Thank you.

Sorry, it's closed. Hoped there were historians here who belong to it. I posted a link to this forum over there. Maybe some will appear here.

A particular question was whether Zotero works well with Dropbox.

Zotero doesn't work particularly well with Dropbox, no. You can use ZotFile to move files to a Dropbox folder, but if you place Zotero's database (and it's default set-up) into Dropbox, things will start breaking, same as for pretty much all similar applications.
