Completely remove zotero + word 2016 plugin

There is no clear guide how to completely remove zotero and this seems like a very dodgy practice. I removed it and used revo uninstaller for all related files. Plugin menu still there, suspecting it of causing some random crashes on my word (endnote present too)

how to remove this?

    Remove Zotero.dotm from the Word startup folder (I think the uninstaller attempts to do this but might not have the right permissions)
