Importing DOI identifier from DC format in Coins
Hi all,
I'm adding metadata to a custom-built site and I've a few questions that hopefully someone may be able to answer.
I use DC format in meta tags when a page contains only one document but DC format in CoinS when a page contains a list of documents.
The metadata exposed in the meta tags are imported correctly into Zotero, but I'm having trouble importing the same metadata exposed in CoinS.
For exemple, the DOI identifier of a "Journal Article" is imported correctly into Zotero from this meta tags :
<meta name="DC.identifier" content="10.1038/nphys1170">
<meta name="DC.type" content="journalArticle">
...
But not from this CoinS :
<span class="Z3988" title="url_ver=Z39.88-2004&ctx_ver=Z39.88-2004&rft_val_fmt=info:ofi/fmt:kev:mtx:dc&rft.identifier=10.1038%2Fnphys1170&rft.type=journalArticle..."></span>
What is the best way to expose a DOI so that it can be imported into Zotero from DC format in CoinS ?
Thanks for your help on this matter

adamsmithI don't think we look for DOIs in COinS -- the format isn't very well specified, but I don't think DOIs are in there.
