Upgrade StorageZotero MSWord 2016 plugin not working
The MSWord plugin was working about a year ago. When I went back today, the plugin was no longer visible in MSWord. I went to Zotero, Tools, Add-on, and clicked on Preferences of "Zotero Word for Mac Integration" to "Install MWord Add in", Here's the error message: Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.

MWord is obviously installed. I can't install it again, because my school installed the version for me before.

meaningmakingMy problem was fixed by downloading a new version of zotero. It turned out that my version was really out of date. Once the new version was downloaded and installed, the MS word add-in procedure went smoothly.
