Firefox 3.5rc1+ Zotero 2.0b5: There was an error starting Zotero

I'm getting a error with FF 3.5rc1 and Zotero 2.0b5 I get on the stderr of firefox

TypeError: gExtensionManager.getItemForID(ZOTERO_CONFIG.GUID) is null

Is this a know bug or anyone know the solution?

    Something's messed up in your Firefox profile.

    Close Firefox. Delete compreg.dat and xpti.dat in your Firefox profile. Restart Firefox.

    If the problem persists, try disabling other Firefox extensions and repeating the above.

    If that fails, try also deleting extensions.*.
