Yes. That a citation style makes or doesn't make one is set by the citation style file. The exact width, however, is set by the word processor you are using (Word, LibreOffice etc.). You can just try a style like: https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=taylor-and-francis-chicago-author-date which will be indented to test.
