Upgrade StorageTransfer of references from collection to group incomplete and caused sync timeout
I attempted a transfer of ~130 references to a new group. There is no indicator that the process hasn't completed (internally) but it was taking many minutes to show the references in the group library. I attempted to sync when ~50 of the references were visible, and the sync timed out with an error. Error ID: 1006920671 submitted.
Recommendation: Internal processes that are not complete should also show an indicator.
