Zotero stopped importing all information from pubmed

Recently, I've had trouble getting Zotero Connector in Chrome to import all the information from pubmed (or journal's websites). The Connector tab remains a general icon and thus only adds a snapshot of the website to my library. In contrast, the icon used to turn into a file icon (?, looked like a a page w/ writing on it) once the website was fully loaded and it would add all relevant information including authors, journal, and pdf (when applicable) to my Zotero library.

I do not understand what could have changed as I haven't knowing altered anything in the software. Was there a recent update that messed things up? Is there a setting somewhere that I need to change?
