No-break Space (NSBP) in page field in in-text citation?

Hi,
Trying to achieve a note style that gives me something like "Miller, 2010, S. 25 ff." where for the citation locator it's actually no-break space. When entering them with <code>&NBSP;</code> or the number it just gives that in text.
How do I get Word to understand this?

Where exactly is the nbsp? between 25 and ff.? Have you tried just copy&pasting it? The locator field should understand utf8 characters
