An error occurred saving with Embedded Metadata.

I've been using Zotero for years and now, all of a sudden, it will not collect metadata or attachments from ProQuest or EBSCO.

If I'm on the article itself, the connector looks and acts like I'm on a regular webpage. If I'm on an article list the icon looks like a folder, but when I go to download an article it fails and gives me a long error that includes "An error occurred saving with Embedded Metadata".

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the connector (no joy). And, removing the proxy information hoping it would regenerate (no joy)

The translator on both the article list and individual articles is Save to Zotero (ProQuest)
  • The instructions ask for a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for a save attempt? Could we get that? (You don't need to post any output here.)
  • Debug from Zotero: D950319113
From the connector : Your debug output has been submitted.

    The Debug ID is D1151687685
  • I can actually replicate some weirdness on ABI inform on Proquest, will try to take a look but not sure how quickly I'll be able to.
  • Any help would be appreciated
