Unordered, incomplete and missing items in bibliography

Hi there,
in my bibliography, some items show up without the author, in the wrong order and some are missing. Refreshing Zotero and restarting Word hasn't helped.
Any suggestions?

What style are you using, and can you provide a specific example of a reference with the wrong formatting?

Also, try inserting that same reference in a new document -- does it look OK there?

Thanks for your quick replies which helped me find out that the erroneous sources were in fact coming from a colleagues zotero in which she had only indicated the editors / publishers, leaving authors empty.
