How can I add an already created citation from a database?

Example

"Wisconsin." World Book Student, World Book, 2018,

I'd just add this as a webpage with "World Book Student" as the site and "Wisconsin" as the title.

So does that mean the student needs to add each section instead of having copy and paste option?

you mean you have the bibliography entry like above and want to convert it to Zotero data? Yeah, there´s no way to do that with copy and paste and have Zotero recognize what is what in that citation.
If you import into Zotero via browser connector from the URL above, several of these fields will automatically populate, though (don´t have access to the database, so can't say which ones, but definitely access date)
