Upgrade StorageZotero glitch, crazy cursor,
I keep getting this message when I try and add a citation:
Zotero needs the Google Docs tab to stay active for the current operation. Please do not switch away from the browser until the operation is complete.
When I click OK it proceeds to highlight some letters in green and glitches, with the cursor moving all the way through the document.
It is not working and I have to exit the page to stop it.
Please can you help?

adomasvenedited December 13, 2018How big is your document? Zotero is trying to highlight a citation that you have modified to display an error message, but that part of the integration might be buggy. Refresh the google docs webpage, make sure it loads fully and you can scroll all the way to the bottom of the document. Then perform the Zotero operation and allow the highlighting code to run for a while. It should stop automatically if it fails to find the citation it is trying to highlight.
