Unable to add a ressource to Zotero

I tried to add a pdf to Zotero from Google Scholar but it fails et it asks if Zotero is running. Zotero is in fact running, the connector in Firefox is there also.
I work under Windows 10 and Microsoft Word 365. I've added Zotero.dotm and Zotero successfully appears in Word.
