HeinOnline - PDF articles not retrieved

Hello,

I am having issues when saving items from HeinOnline with Zotero (article pdfs are not automatically attached). Zotero preference settings are set to automatically attach associated pdfs.

Using Zotero (5.0.58) with Firefox (63.0.3) on a Mac.

Error report: 1751866760

Can you provide an example URL?

We'd also want to see a Debug ID from Zotero for a save attempt that doesn't download the PDF.

That seems to just be debug output for Zotero startup. We need output that includes the save attempt (and not Zotero startup, ideally).

But actually, don't worry about the Debug ID. I can reproduce this. It doesn't look like the translator is attempting to save a PDF for this page at all.

@AlexanderBurdett this should now be fixed after updating your translators (or automatically within 24hs)
