MS Word error: Runtime error '5'

Hello,

I am encountering the following error when I try to insert citations in Word:

Microsoft Visual Basic
Run-time error '5':
Invalid procedure call or argument

Settings are as follows:
Word version 1811 (Build 11029.20079 Microsoft Store)
Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.17134 Build 17134
Zotero 5.0.58

Could you submit a Report ID? Is this your first time using Zotero or has the plugin worked before?

I have used Zotero before in Mac, and have gotten the citations to work. This is my first time to use Zotero for citations in Windows.

I have sent a Report ID. It is 151854203.

Did you synchronize your Windows and Mac Word installations somehow? It seems that you have a Zotero Word for Mac version of the plugin installed within Word. You might need to follow the manual installation instructions, remove the existing Zotero.dotm file and replace it with the one designed for Windows https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation
