Upgrade StorageNew behavior for abstracts

but I'd like the abstract to show on a separate tab in the notebook so that there is more space to display it.
The "Abstract" tab itself should be grayed out if there is no abstract for the item, black if there is. That way you don't have to look to know if something was there.
Since it requires a mouse click to expand or contract the abstract section anyway, this doesn't create more work for the user, but it gives a lot more display space.
