For data backup, I copy and save the folder of data.

If I want to back up preferences of add-ons, especially Zutilo, what I have to copy and save?

Most add-ons store all their preferences in Zotero’s pref.js file in the zotero profile directory https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/profile_directory
