Upgrade StorageNames going in backwards, abstract note loading

This page -- http://www.bepress.com/bejeap/vol9/iss3/ -- is a portal to articles in an online journal. Each article has a article icon for importing reference information into Zotero. However, two perverse things happen when using the icons. (1) The authors' last and first name are not imported correctly. For example, instead of getting "Ben S. Bernake" in the full name format, the import yields "Bernake, Ben S." which would appear incorrectly in a bibliography as "S., Bernake, Ben." (2) The import does not include the abstracts for articles that have them.
I presume these problems are due to the way the target web site is set up. But since the problems are systematic, is there any way to tell Zotero about them so it imports things correctly?
Also, a suggested enhancement would be a tool to notify a site's webmaster about such problems. All it might take is an email address when setting up the site and Zotero sending it a notice.
