What is the other line in a database record with the yellow square?
I'm new to Zotero. Here's a screenshot of a test library I'm playing with:

the parent line is the reference, the other line is the PDF fulltext attachment, but what are the lines (marked with arrows) with the yellow squares to the left of them?

adamsmithThose are notes attached to items. They automatically imported from Endnote where I think the full citation may have been in a note-type field.
