El link para para llegar a la carpeta de Startup de Word, para entonces poder poner el plug in, no lo encuentro.

What are you referring to, exactly?
You generally shouldn't need to install the plugin manually. If for some reason the plugin isn't showing up in Word, you can follow the
manual instructions
. If you're having trouble with those, let us know exactly what the problem is.
