Thank you very much for the reply. I was trying to export my library to the server of the university when I received that message from Zotero. I think now it has been a storage capacity problem as I have received a message from the IT service that I needed to contact them about storage issues. I am going to request my university to increase my storage rights. I will come back if I failed to solve the problem. Thank you very much for the attention.
