Upgrade StorageZotero no longer working with Word on Mac
Hi all,
I've run into a problem after the most recent Zotero update (5.0.58) - whenever I try to add a citation or bibliography, or use any of the functions in the Zotero add-on for Word on Mac, I get the 'Word could not communicate with Zotero' error message. Zotero is open in the background as always, and it was working as normal until I updated it yesterday.
I've tried going in and ensuring that the add-ons are enabled, reinstalling the add-on, ensuring Word is fully updated, re-installing Zotero, and checking everything the troubleshooting guide suggests but nothing is working so far. Does anybody have ideas for possible solutions?
