Module Word

Bonjour, je viens de télécharger Zotero sur mon Mac et je rencontre un problème pour le lier avec Microsoft Word. Quand je vais dans préférence > Citer > Traitement de texte, seul le module LibreOffice apparait. Il m'est donc impossible de l'inserer avec Word, qui est pourtant bien fermé. J'ai essayer de ré-installer l'application Zotero, rien ne change. Comment puis-je proceder pour avoir accès à Zotero lorsque je vais dans Word?

    In Zotero, if you click Tools -> Add-ons, do you see the Word plugin? If so, click Enable, then try to re-install the plugin from the Cite pane of Zotero preferences again.

    Non je n'ai pas accès au module de Word justement, je ne le trouve nul part :/

    Okay, you should re-download and re-install Zotero: https://www.zotero.org/download

    (Note that this is one of the very few occasions where re-installing Zotero is likely to be helpful.)

    Je viens de ré-installer entièrement Zotero, le problème est toujours le même, je ne comprend pas d'ou cela peut venir

    You are most likely running Zotero from the image file. You need to drag the Zotero application into your Applications folder and run it from there, at which point the Word plugin will show up.

    (Current versions of Zotero should warn you when you try to open it from the disk image. Were you seeing that warning and clicking through it?)
