account expiration, even though paid for zotero in July

Hello,

I paid for my Zotero account in July for one year but now I'm getting an email that my account is expiring and I need to pay again, could you please clarify that?

    Have you changed your storage amount to a higher tier in the meantime? That would explain the difference.
