Local Zotero Library Emptied After Running Report

I currently have two local copies of Zotero installed on my Mac. Versions 5.0.58 and 5.0.53. After I ran a report earlier this week, I elected to save the search and I then could only view the content that was included in the search. I could not leave the search results or delete the saved search. Now, nothing shows up in the local applications. I have tried syncing. My account is linked, I also tried to unlink and re-link the account. MyLibrary in Google Chrome is unaffected and still contains all of the content, but the local applications are not syncing or retrieving that content. I am not receiving any error messages. The application is now just empty as if it has not been used before. How can I restore MyLibrary to the local application and establish a working syncing relationship between the application and Zotero in Google Chrome?
  • It sounds like you may have just closed the left-hand collections pane. Click along the left edge to expand it again.
