Chrome Zotero Connector Extension not pulling PDFs

Hi,

The Zotero Connector extension in Chrome used to pull a Snapshot of the URL and a full-text PDF. Now it doesn't extract the PDF. The 'find available PDF' option in the standalone doesn't work in many cases. Is there something I can do to get the PDF saving feature on the Chrome extension?

I'm having a similar problem, but with Jstor which has suddenly stopped working. Can anyone help please?

Run through https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues and post the relevant troubleshooting info from the last step if the preceding steps don't help.

For JSTOR, note that as per the known translator issues, you have to accept the conditions for PDF download by manually downloading a PDF once per session.
