Problem creating bibliography

Dear friends,
When I'm trying to add a bibliography on Word 2016 (windows), the Word closes and I receive an error message.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero, including the Zotero.dot on Word startup folder.
Then I installed zotero, installed the Word connector and the same.

I hope that someone has the answer for that.

Run through these steps, particularly step 8: https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents

(Note that uninstalling and reinstalling Zotero is almost never going to be helpful, so I don't recommend that as part of any future troubleshooting.)

I deleted all the citations and try again and now it works.
I don't know why it happens sometimes.
