Zotero wont load - XPOM error

I tried reinstalling twice, but no go. reinstall seems to be finding all my old folders, but Z just wont start

    What OS? The only cases we're aware of this are from outdated versions of Zotero that didn't properly update, and uninstalling and reinstalling has fixed it.
